Project Management

LINCOLN provides a wide range of construction management services throughout a program, from early feasibility studies, design, construction, specification issues, and modifications, to move-in and start-up of operations. 

Culture and Museums

LINCOLN provided construction project management support to a Federal museum to include managing construction costs, schedule, and risks.  LINCOLN ensured overall integration and coordination between the design team and construction team.  LINCOLN provided data-driven reporting, monitored adherence to quality control measures, and maintained a resource-loaded integrated master schedule.

Hospitality

LINCOLN* served as an owner representative of a $156 million comprehensive hotel renovation of a DC luxury hotel chain of over 1,100 guest rooms and a 500,000 square foot public space with an events/ballroom and food service space, all while the hotel remained fully open and operating.

Office

LINCOLN* served as an owner representative for a $45 million total gut, addition, and re-skin of an existing 8-story DC row office building.  LINCOLN maximized existing square footage, added two floors, and ensured compliance with DC renovation limitations/restrictions. 

Mixed Use - Residential/Retail

LINCOLN* served as an owner’s construction manager on a $250 million mixed-use project which included 685 residential units (441 condominiums and 244 apartments), 55,000 square feet national chain grocery store, 62,000 square feet of neighborhood-serving retail, and 783-space underground parking garage.

Higher Education

LINCOLN* served as construction manager for a $25 million Construction Manager-at-Risk Guaranteed Maximum Price, brand new 160,000 SF higher education student service/classroom building. 

Performing Arts Theatre

LINCOLN* served as construction manager for a $100 million, brand new 250,000 SF world-class performing arts center, administration building with rehearsal space, and eight-level 800 car parking garage. 

Aviation

LINCOLN* served as construction manager for a new $55 million, 200,000 SF 10 gate terminal building including food and retail areas at the George Bush Intercontinental Airport Terminal A South.
