Culture and Museums
LINCOLN* served as a consultant on a $75 million construction project on one of the nation’s most iconic museums located on the National Mall. Renovations included the replacement of a 16,000 square foot skylight located in an art-occupied and heavy pedestrian trafficked atrium.

LINCOLN* served as a consultant on a $60 million museum expansion project adding over 12,000 square feet of new exhibition space with structural reinforcements, including a new rooftop sculpture terrace with connecting stairs to tower galleries below.
Education
LINCOLN* served as a consultant to a DC K-12 boarding school and was responsible for assisting with the delivery of a fast-track luxury school administration office fit-out and a one million square foot office-to-school conversion. This included developing the budget, creating the schedule, and serving as the primary interface between the tenant (client) and the landlord.
